How to install Windows 10 in VMware Fusion

Click new from the fusion menu bar or from the file to start the new virtual machine assistant.

Select install from disk or image (ISO) and click on continue.

Drag the disk image to create a new virtual machine window and click continue in the operating system drop-down.

Select the version of Windows 10 you are installing – also enter an account name and optionally a password and your Windows product key.

Click continue if prompted.
This setting can be modified at a later time.

Verify the details of the virtual machine configuration and click customize settings if you wish to modify the default settings.

Click finish and select a location to save the virtual machine. Provide a virtual machine name to begin the windows 10 installation.
The default virtual machine location is Macintosh hard drive/documents/ virtual machine.

After installation, VMware tools will prompt you for access to install click ok.

When prompted to log out to complete the installation at this time the virtual machine may need windows activated.

Verify VMware tools are installed from the system tray.
